1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using GlobalConnectLive you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the right to bind that organization.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the legal age in your country, to use the service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, spam, malware distribution, or to record meetings without the consent of participants where required by law. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Fair use

All plans include unlimited meeting duration. To keep the service reliable for everyone, our Fair Use policy may restrict abusive patterns such as automated bulk meeting creation or reselling of the service. Cloud recordings are retained for up to 30 days on standard plans.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual). You can cancel anytime before the renewal date; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Annual subscriptions are billed as one payment for 12 months (2 months free vs. monthly pricing). Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Content

You retain ownership of the content you share in meetings. Recordings and AI summaries are provided to you; you are responsible for obtaining the necessary consent to record and share them.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
